When is the due date for RSVP?
RSVP by 2/22/26 as we will need to finalize the Total # of attendance and the Food selection with the venue.
How to arrive to Lake Como?
1. Most Preferred: Book a private direct shuttle from airport to destination: https://www.milan-airport-transfers.com
Travel Time: 45-60min
Current rates for one way from MXP airport to Laglio region (where the venue is located)
1-3ppl: €143
4-6ppl: €162
7-8ppl: €176
9-12ppl: €269
13-20ppl: €329
If you are flying into LIN airport, the price may be slightly higher as the travel time will increase to 80-85min

The bus will drop you off at Como city center at Como San Giovanni railway station, then you will have to take uber, taxi, or regional bus to your accommodation.
5. Train from MXP to Como city center: €12-15 per person
Travel Time: 1h10min - 1hr50min
No direct route available, will need to make one route change
Final destination for train will be located in city center, then you will have to take uber, taxi, or regional bus to your accommodation.
Option 1: From MXP, take the Malpensa Express from Terminal 1 or 2 to Milano Porta Garibaldi or Milano Centrale, then transfer to a Trenitalia regional or EuroCity train to Como San Giovanni (final destination)
Option 2: From MXP, Take the Malpensa Express from Terminal 1 or 2 toward Milano Cadorna and exit at Saronno, then transfer to a regional Trenord train heading to Como Nord Lago (final destination)
If you are arriving to Milano Linate (LIN) airport instead of Milano Malpensa (MXP) airport, you can take a bus, uber, or taxi from LIN to Milano Centrale station (25-30min), from Milano Centrale station, you can find a direct train route by Trenitalia regional train to Como San Giovanni station (40-45min) , located in the Como city center. Then you will have to take uber, taxi, or regional bus to your accommodation.

How to commute around in Lake Como?
Rent a car: Most convenient way to commute around Lake Como, you can even bring your car on to the ferry to explore other villages. But please keep in mind that parking is limited at various places
Local Regional Bus Routes: Very frequent between 6:00AM-9:00PM during September
Main Line C10 (or C110): Runs from Como to Colico along the western shore
Ticketing: Tickets should be purchased before boarding at bus depots, newsstands, or tobacco shops (tabacchi). They can also be bought digitally via the Arriva ASF or Arriva MyPay apps. Buying onboard is often more expensive
Cost: A one-way ticket from Como to Menaggio is approximately €5 or less. A daily pass for extra-urban lines is about €11.50
Duration: From Como, it takes roughly 15minutes to reach Cernobbio, 35minutes to Laglio, and 1hr to Menaggio
Uber
Ferries: Generally run from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Best way to get across the lake to visit other villages such as Bellagio or Varenna
Peak Demand: Despite being late in the season, September remains busy. It is recommended to arrive 20–30 minutes early for departures, as popular routes can sell out or have long boarding lines
Ticketing: Tickets can be purchased at terminal kiosks or via the Navigazione Laghi official website
What is the weather like during September in Italy?
The average temperature is 66°F with highs of 72°F and lows of 57°F. Expect warm sunny days and chilly nights, with chances of short lived rain showers through the day. Bring your bathing suit to dive into Lake Como or hang by the pool if you dare. Sun sets around 7pm.
What is the duration of the wedding?
3pm -11pm. The party will move indoors at 8pm due to Lake Como’s strict hours. The venue restricts the event to end at 11pm indoor as well.
Welcome Dinner attendance
Although we invite everyone and would like for everyone to be able to join us at the welcome dinner, prior night of the wedding, we understand everyone has different schedule to work around for this trip across the seas. Therefore, attendance is not required. Please RSVP accordingly.
What to wear?
For the wedding, please dress to impress, floor length dresses and formal suits are preferred. Light garment jackets or cardigans are suggested as the weather may cool down as the sun sets.
For the welcome dinner, casual attires are welcomed.
